My new website is live!
I’m delighted to tell you my all-new website stevevogelauthor.com is up and operating—and I think you’ll like it! (I sure do.)
Its main focus is my new book, but it also contains an extensive digital archive of primary source material related to the criminal justice cases that were subjects of my two true crime books.
There, for instance, you can find my lengthy, on-air interview with the judge who presided over both David Hendricks murder trials. It took place a week after Hendricks was freed following a second jury trial. And there are letters Hendricks wrote to me both before and after publication of Reasonable Doubt.
You can find actual video of both prosecution and defense re-enactments of how a car slipped into a lake, tragically claiming the lives of three young occupants, the story that unfolds in The Unforgiven. There’s audio of the mother’s frantic 911 call and video of authorities’ third interrogation of her in connection with her children’s deaths.
What you won’t find is a bunch of commercials or ads. Okay, there are links where you can order some books, but that seems more like a public convenience, don’t you think?
Anyway, have a look. And thanks for reading!
